okay, i know i totally teased you with the quadrille fabrics yesterday but after talking with the showroom, i had to make an executive decision...they have raised their fabric order to a 5 yard minimum...which is a lot to ask for a featured fabric over $100. however, if any of y'all are interested in one of the fabrics, i will gladly check their stock and if they happen to have it in stock, they will allow orders under 5 yards (and as always w/ a featured fabric, a discounted price will be given).

color restraint.....

layering neutrals are a perfect way to create a charming space for anyone struggling w/ color...but one of the keys is to be sure to mix light and dark elements to build that wonderful definition.

some people think they are locked to a paint deck when trying to decide on a color palette for their interior, i think inspiration could be sitting right in front of you....

isn't it amazing what lighting can do to a space.....it can transform it, take it to the next level, or make a room just right...so have you looked at your lighting lately??

pink. i know people either love or hate it...obviously, i love it. the soft palette used in the interiors above seem to be just the perfect "hint' of color!

tay's room....

natural beauty...

we are off to the mountains this weekend...i am so excited because it has been so long since we have been there. they have the best antiques stores (which i don't think i will get too this time) but i am making warren stop in greenville to visit my favorite junk shop and to check out knack (i can't believe i have never been there before...i love her before and after's on D*S)....i hope y'all have a wonderful weekend!!
